Game Design Controls Reference Movie Fighting Systems Guard Partner Combo Hyper Combo

Note: All commands apply for when the character is standing on the left side, looking to the right.

After knocking your opponent into the air, quickly jump up after them to continue the attack. However, your opponent can block your follow-up attack. Follow your opponent quickly into the air or you'll miss a valuable chance to land some extra hits!

【 Fighting Tip! 】
There are many chaining variations. In this video the player uses L, L, M, M, H, H for a six-hit combo!

If you chain your attack in the order  L → M → H, you can unleash a powerful combination of attacks on your opponent.

By using up the red portion of your life gauge, you can perform a powerful combo attack that differs from the Chain Combo. In the middle of any attack (except for Hyper Combos), press A + P to cancel it. You can then start a series of attacks that is powered up according to how much recoverable life you have in your life gauge.

【 Fighting Tip! 】
You can save yourself when you mess up an attack. Cancel it as soon as you know it's going to miss and you can recover to keep fighting.
